The Keys to Spiritual Growth Program is the beginner’s level of From the Abbey’s spirituality programming. These five courses give you practical strategies for making progress in five areas of spirituality most Catholics find themselves “stuck” in. The added coaching options give you just the amount of personalized help you need.

The Coaching Portal offers written feedback on special implementation activities. You also get access to a private Google Group where members can ask and answer questions and support each other.
The Group Coaching Program includes the benefits above plus five small group coaching Hangouts – one for each unit – where we discuss applying the concepts of each unit to your particular life circumstances and answer your questions.
The VIP Coaching Program includes all the benefits above, plus five 1-on-1 coaching calls where we can discuss whatever you want related to your attempt to apply the course material to your life. This is the ultimate access and attention to Jeff and to the group.
